Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Progressively responsible experience in complex event planning, preferably in higher education.
• Experience managing large, high-visibility events with multiple stakeholders.
• Experience developing event plans, timelines, run-of-show, and operations.
• Experience managing budgets, purchases, and vendor contracts.
• Proficiency with event platforms (e.g., Cvent) and data-driven assessment.
• Strong project management, communication, and collaboration across levels.

Responsibilities

• Oversees the full event lifecycle from concept to post-event assessment.
• Drives event design, planning, and execution across divisional priorities.
