Job summary

T-Mobile in Austin, TX is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to join our in-store team. You will proactively engage customers in a high-traffic environment, educate them on devices and plans, and showcase the value of T-Mobile solutions to drive satisfaction and loyalty.

Using digital tools, strong product knowledge, and consultative selling, you will identify customer needs, present tailored wireless options, and build lasting relationships while delivering exceptional service.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required.
6 months of customer service and/or sales experience in retail preferred.
Must be at least 18 years old.
Legally authorized to work in the United States.
Coaching is required.

Responsibilities

Proactively engage with a broad range of customers in a high-traffic retail environment.
Use digital tools, communicate effectively, educate customers, and showcase the value of T-Mobile solutions.
Identify customer needs and apply solution-based selling techniques.
Recommend wireless solutions and assist customers with the T-Mobile app.
Complete training on the T-Mobile in-store experience, new skills, and processes.
Handle store operations and procedures, including security measures.
Build strong relationships with customers and proactively drive sales activity.
