Sun Com in Mary Esther, Florida is hiring a Retail Sales Consultant to exceed monthly quotas and deliver high quality sales across handsets, plans, and accessories, following management benchmarks.

You will adhere to store policies, maintain accurate paperwork, master systems like Aktivate, ADP and Paycom, handle cash deposits, and support teammates with onboarding and cross selling in a full-time, in-person role.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old and legally able to work in the United States.
• Minimum of 4 days/30 hours per week.
• Able to stand for long periods of time.
• Must have reliable transportation to location, training and off-site meetings

Responsibilities

• Exceed monthly sales quotas.
• Deliver complete, high quality sales that exceed the company's benchmark on key metrics.
• Drive sales of preferred handsets, rate plans, features and accessories per company guidance.
• Follow management's best practices to maximize sales and metrics.
• Perform as a role model and assist new hires and peers.
