Job summary

Sun Com Mobile, LLC is seeking a full-time Retail Sales Consultant to deliver high-quality sales that exceed benchmarks. The role focuses on driving sales of handsets, rate plans, features, and accessories, following management benchmarks and guidance.

You will act as a role model for new hires and peers, and perform other tasks as assigned. The position requires availability for in-person work, standing for long periods, and a preference for Spanish language skills.

Qualifications

• Retail sales experience preferred.
• Customer service orientation.
• Ability to stand for long periods and work in-person.

Responsibilities

• Deliver complete, high quality sales that exceed the company's benchmark on key metrics.
• Drive sales of preferred handsets, rate plans, features and accessories per guidance and benchmarks set by management.
• Practice behaviors to maximize sales and key metrics per management guidance.
• Assist and mentor new hires and peers in Retail Sales Consultants roles.
• Perform other work-related tasks as assigned by management.
