Job summary

Sun Com Mobile, LLC is seeking a Retail Sales Consultant to deliver high-quality sales and meet company benchmarks. You will drive sales of handsets, rate plans, features and accessories, and support new hires in a fast-paced retail environment.

Essential duties include adherence to policies, mastering systems, processing paperwork accurately, and maintaining store appearance. Candidates must be 18+, able to stand long hours, and have reliable transportation to the Texas location.

• Drive sales of phones, rate plans, features and accessories per management guidance.
• Provide guidance and support to new hires and peers.

Responsibilities

• Deliver complete, high quality sales that exceed the company's benchmark on key metrics.
• Drive sales of preferred handsets, rate plans, features and accessories, per company guidance and benchmarks set by management.
• Practice specific behaviors and best practices to generate and maximize sales and key metrics, as indicated by management.
• Perform as a role model and offer assistance for all new hires and peer Retail Sales Consultants.
• Perform other work-related tasks, as assigned by management.
• Adhere to all policies and paperwork procedures; master required systems; review sales paperwork for discrepancies; protect company assets; ensure accurate inventory and store appearance.
