Job summary

Restore Hyper Wellness in Chicago is seeking a Wellness Representative to be the face of our location and deliver a high-quality customer experience.

You will greet clients, assist with bookings, onboard new clients, conduct tours, sell service packages and memberships, educate on services and maintain a clean, safe environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience in a retail environment.
• Strong communic ation and collaboration skills.
• Pursuing or holding a degree in kinesiology, exercise science, personal training, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and assist them with Restore’s wellness services.
• Handle phone inquiries, voicemails, and booking/rescheduling/cancellations.
• Onboard new clients by completing waivers and creating profiles in the POS system.
• Conduct tours and sell service packages and memberships.
• Educate clients on products, benefits and at-home care.
• Perform opening and closing procedures.
