Job summary

Mr. Plumber Indiana is seeking an enthusiastic Sales Lead Generator to partner with CostCo and engage shoppers in the store about our water treatment options. You will represent the brand, build relationships with CostCo staff, and book home service appointments.

Flat pay starts at $20+/hour with commission, plus comprehensive health benefits, 401(k) matching, paid time off, and life/ Disability coverage. This is an on-site role in Indianapolis, requiring weekend availability.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mr. Plumber and CostCo partnership by engaging shoppers in friendly, informative conversations about home water treatment options.
• Work inside CostCo — no cold calling or door knocking.
• Start conversations with members, explain benefits, and set appointments for home service consultants.
• Build relationships with CostCo associates and store managers — be the face of the partnership.
• Educate customers and staff about the program and the value of clean, treated water.
• Track goals and celebrate wins — training and support provided.
