Job summary

Tractor Supply is seeking a FAST Team Member to work in-store, owning end-to-end tasks like planograms, signage, price changes and merchandise assembly. You will interact with customers and teammates, delivering legendary service and supporting store operations.

The role requires prior retail or merchandising experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and the ability to read, write, and count accurately. Shifts vary and safety is emphasized.

Qualifications

• Prior retail and/or merchandising experience is required.
• Farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Complete planograms and resets accurately and in a timely manner.
• Install, update, and maintain store signage including price changes and circulars.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures and PDQs.
• Provide legendary customer service using the GURA framework.
