Tractor Supply Company is seeking a FAST Team Member to work in-store on end-to-end tasks such as planograms, signage, price changes, and fixture assembly, while delivering legendary customer service.

You will support store operations, complete merchandising resets, and assist customers and teammates with a friendly, safety-minded approach. Shifts vary; part-time opportunities with day-to-day flexibility and reliable attendance are required.

Qualifications

• Retail merchandising experience required or preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer skills and ability to read/write/count accurately.
• Self-directed and able to complete assignments with minimal assistance.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Execute planograms, signage, price changes and merchandising resets.
• Assemble fixtures, PDQs and other merchandise as required.
• Provide legendary customer service and assist customers in-store.
