Job summary

Tractor Supply is seeking a FAST Team Member to support a single store with end-to-end tasks such as planograms, signage, price changes, and merchandise assembly. The role emphasizes delivering legendary customer service and interacting with customers and team members to ensure smooth store operations.

Responsibilities include completing planograms, maintaining signage, executing price changes, and assisting with fixture assembly.

Qualifications

• Prior retail and/or merchandising experience is preferred.
• Ability to read, write and count accurately.

Responsibilities

• Complete planograms and resets accurately and in a timely manner.
• Install, update, and maintain store signage including Circulars, Price Cuts and Managers’ Specials.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures and PDQs.
• Provide legendary customer service to shoppers in-store.
