Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is hiring a FAST Team Member to work in a single store, owning end-to-end tasks like planograms, signage, and price changes. You will also support merchandise and fixture assembly and signage maintenance while delivering legendary customer service to shoppers.

The role requires reliability, strong communication, basic computer skills, and the ability to read, write, and count accurately.

Qualifications

• Experience: Prior retail and/or merchandising experience is required.
• Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, but not required. Regardless of education level, FAST Team Members must be able to read, write and count accurately.

Responsibilities

• Complete planograms and resets accurately and in a timely manner.
• Install, update, and maintain store signage including, but not limited to, Circulars, Price Cuts and Managers’ Specials.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures and PDQs.
• Provide legendary customer service and greet, uncover needs, recommend products, and ask for the sale.
