Job summary

Tractor Supply is hiring for a FAST Team Member to work in-store, owning end-to-end tasks such as planograms, signage, and price changes while supporting merchandise and fixture assembly. You will interact with customers and teammates, delivering legendary service and maintaining planogram integrity.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, and prior retail/merchandising experience is preferred. Flexible shifts and a safety‑minded approach are required.

Qualifications

• Prior retail and/or merchandising experience is preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Reading, writing, and counting accurately is expected.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Complete planograms and resets accurately and timely.
• Perform store price changes and signage maintenance.
• Assemble merchandise and fixtures.
• Provide legendary customer service using GURA steps.
