Job summary

Tractor Supply is seeking a FAST Team Member to work in-store, owning and executing start-to-finish tasks such as planograms, signage, price changes, and fixture assembly. You will interact with customers and team members, delivering legendary service while following GURA: Greet customers, uncover needs, Recommend products, and Ask for the sale.

As a FAST Team Member, you must be flexible, dependable and self-directed, capable of handling varying shifts and store needs.

Qualifications

• Prior retail and/or merchandising experience is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required.
• Ability to read, write and count accurately.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute planograms and resets accurately and timely.
• Perform store price changes and signage updates.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures and PDQs.
• Assist with merchandising and fixture assembly as needed.
• Provide legendary customer service and greet customers using GURA: Greet, Understand needs, Recommend products, Ask for the sale.
• Maintain safety and contribute to a productive store environment.
