Hilton Grand Vacations Inc. is seeking Vacation Sales Managers to lead a team inside Bass Pro Shops® and Cabela’s® in Grand Prairie, TX, driving vacation package sales and delivering outstanding guest experiences.

You will coach 3-4 Sales Representatives, implement strategic sales plans, and monitor performance to achieve ambitious targets in a fast-paced retail environment. The role offers uncapped commission opportunities and a pathway for career growth within a dynamic, collaborative team

Qualifications

Passion for guest interaction and career advancement.
Previous sales experience preferred; minimum 1 year in hospitality/customer service, especially commission-based roles.
Effective communication and teamwork skills.
Self-motivated with proven track record in fast-paced, goal-oriented environments; strong problem-solving/negotiation.
Availability to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
Proficiency in MS Office applications.
