Intuit seeks TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States, delivering personalized tax assistance and full-service tax preparation to customers in a retail setting.

You will grow the TurboTax client base locally, engage with prospects, provide tax advice, and ensure an exceptional customer experience while representing a trusted financial brand in your community.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of tax experience and PTIN in good standing.
• Able to work onsite at a TurboTax location, weekends included.

Responsabilités

• Provide hands-on tax return preparation and tax advice.
• Engage with local prospects, nurture leads, and build clientele.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and accurate tax guidance.
