Job summary

Intuit, Inc. in the United States seeks TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location, providing in-person tax preparation, advice, and software support to help customers achieve positive financial outcomes.

You’ll grow the TurboTax client base, deliver a best-in-class customer experience, and collaborate with a team of tax professionals. Must have active EA/CPA or attorney license, PTIN, and be willing to work weekends.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with tax preparation experience.
• PTIN is required to file taxes.
• State licenses/certificates/permitting bonds as applicable.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season.
• Familiarity with Circular 230 and on-site retail work.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and full tax return preparation for TurboTax customers.
• Conduct discovery sessions to uncover deductions and provide tax planning guidance.
• Deliver excellent customer service and build long-term client relationships.
