You will provide in-person tax preparation, expert tax advice, and software support to customers, aiming to grow local client bases and foster long-term relationships. Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license preferred.
• Must have PTIN as required by law to file taxes.
• Must possess or be able to obtain related State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per season.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador by representing TurboTax locally and engaging with prospects.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers, including deductions optimization and amendments.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience through professionalism and genuine interest in helping clients meet financial goals.
