Intuit, Inc. seeks dedicated TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States.

You’ll provide in-person tax preparation, tax advice, and software support, helping clients achieve favorable outcomes while growing the local client base and brand presence. Ideal candidates have 3+ years of tax preparation experience, active licensure, and comfort in a front-facing retail role.

Formación

• Active license with tax preparation experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional software.
• Comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax retail or flagship location, Sunday through Saturday, 20+ hours per week.

Responsabilidades

• Provide hands-on tax return preparation and tax advice for TurboTax customers.
• Facilitate discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions and maximize refunds.
• Grow TurboTax client base through local community engagement and marketing support.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience in-person and via TurboTax tools.
