Zusammenfassung

Intuit, Inc. seeks TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location in the United States. You’ll provide hands-on tax preparation, advice, and software support while building strong community relationships.

You’ll grow the local client base, offer personalized tax guidance, and help customers feel confident through personalized, approachable service in a front-facing retail environment.

Qualifikationen

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN as required by law to file taxes.
• Must possess or be able to obtain related State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Must be willing to work onsite at a TurboTax retail or flagship location, Sunday through Saturday, for a minimum of 20 hours per week.
• Interest in building a local and online social presence as a TurboTax Expert, creating accessible tax-related content and resources for your community per Intuit’s policies
• Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills are a plus
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing
• Must be willing to wear a TurboTax uniform
• Must be willing to work in a front-facing retail environment

Aufgaben

• Be a Proactive Community Ambassador: represent TurboTax locally, nurture leads, convert prospects into long-term clients, participate in local marketing.
• Provide Tax Expertise: hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers, handle simple to complex tax situations.
• Deliver a Best in Class Customer Experience: create an exceptional customer experience, build long-term trust, interact in-person and via Intuit video tools, assist with tax inquiries.
