Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Regular attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to lift 25 pounds and move around the store.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers and demonstrate product features to enhance their shopping experience.
• Provide outstanding customer service with all customer interactions.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and follow up for service excellence.
• Help customers interpret and clarify account statements and pay their bills in-store.
• Answer questions on current or new services and promote Comcast/Xfinity products.
