Comcast Xfinity stores are looking for enthusiastic retail associates to help customers explore products, explain features, and deliver outstanding service. You will work to meet sales targets, assist with account questions, and promote Comcast services in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires evening/weekend availability, strong customer focus, and the ability to move sales forward with excellent communication and teamwork skills. Training is provided, with uncapped commission potential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Regular, punctual attendance.

Responsibilities

• Engaging customers with enthusiasm, demonstrating and explaining product features.
• Providing outstanding customer service with all interactions.
• Meeting or exceeding sales targets and following up for service excellence.
• Help customers interpret accounts and pay bills in-store.
• Answer questions on services, make changes to accounts, and promote products.
