Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.
• Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers with enthusiastic product demonstrations and explanations.
• Provide outstanding customer service in all interactions.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and follow up to ensure satisfaction.
• Assist customers with interpreting account statements and paying bills in-store.
• Answer questions on services, modify account data, upgrade levels, and process general service requests.
• Promote Comcast/Xfinity products as a brand ambassador.
• Maintain strong product knowledge and stay informed on competitive offerings.
• Contribute to a fun, competitive store environment and a positive customer experience.
