Job summary

Victra - Verizon Authorized Retailer in Idaho Falls is seeking a Part-time Sales Support Representative to power the in-store guest experience. You will assist with account reviews, merchandising, customer service, and product recommendations while staying flexible to our busy retail hours.

In this role you will work with peers and store leaders, deliver excellent customer service, and help create a welcoming shopping environment. Paid training and a supportive onboarding set you up for success.

Qualifications

• One or more years of customer service, preferably in a retail or service environment.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Work alongside peers and store leaders to support account reviews, accessory recommendations, data transfers, and customer queue triage during heavy traffic periods.
• Take the lead on merchandising, store cleanliness and operational functions.
• Deliver outstanding customer service during every guest interaction, ensuring each visit is a positive and memorable experience.
• Conduct thorough account reviews to understand guest needs and present thoughtful product and service recommendations.
• Be a passionate guest advocate with the desire to be yourself when connecting and having fun doing it!
• Provide product benefits and solution recommendations through exceptional customer service to deliver what our customers need.
• Create personal connections with guests to make tech look simple.
