Job summary

Best Buy in the United States is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to be the face of our stores. You will help customers find the right tech products, demonstrate features, and process purchases with friendly, knowledgeable service.

You will participate in ongoing learning, maintain store standards, and support in-store and curbside pickup. A background in retail and the ability to work holidays, nights, and weekends are important for success.

Qualifications

• 3 months of experience working in retail or another fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage with customers in a warm, friendly manner.
• Perform product demos, answer questions and make recommendations that meet customers’ needs across all departments.
• Complete cashier duties for purchases, returns and exchanges.
• Maintain appropriate knowledge and expertise through ongoing learning and development.
• Help keep the sales floor clean and well stocked.
• Assist with in-store pickup and curbside pickup orders.
