Job summary

Best Buy in Louisiana is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to be the face of the store, confidently recommending tech products and services to meet each customer's needs. You will be trained to help customers, perform product demos, and handle cashier duties while maintaining a clean, well-stocked sales floor.

Ideal candidates have 3 months of retail or team-oriented experience and must be able to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• 3 months of experience in retail or another fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage with customers in a warm, friendly manner.
• Perform product demos, answer questions and make recommendations that meet customers' needs across all departments.
• Complete cashier duties for purchases, returns and exchanges.
• Maintain appropriate knowledge and expertise through ongoing learning and development.
• Help keep the sales floor clean and well stocked.
• Assist with in-store pickup and curbside pickup orders.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights and weekends.
