Job summary

Best Buy is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to be the face of our stores, helping customers choose tech products and services while providing friendly, helpful service. You’ll learn our products, demonstrate items, and guide customers through purchases and returns.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, performing demos, assisting with curbside and in-store pickup, and maintaining a tidy, stocked sales floor. This role emphasizes teamwork, learning, and a strong customer focus.

Qualifications

• 3 months of experience working in retail or another fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage with customers in a warm, friendly manner
• Perform product demos, answer questions and make recommendations that meet customers’ needs across all departments
• Complete cashier duties for purchases, returns and exchanges
• Maintain appropriate knowledge and expertise through ongoing learning and development
• Help keep the sales floor clean and well stocked
• Assist with in-store pickup and curbside pickup orders
