Best Buy Rock Hill is hiring a Retail Sales Associate to be the face of our stores, helping customers choose tech products and services. You’ll learn our products and provide thoughtful recommendations.

This role involves greeting customers, performing product demos, completing cashier duties, and maintaining a clean, well-stocked floor. You’ll work with a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment, including holidays and weekends.

Qualifications

• Welcome and engage with customers in a warm, friendly manner.
• Perform product demos, answer questions and make recommendations that meet customers’ needs across all departments.
• Complete cashier duties for purchases, returns and exchanges.
• Maintain appropriate knowledge and expertise through ongoing learning and development.
• Help keep the sales floor clean and well stocked.
• Assist with in-store pickup and curbside pickup orders.
• 3 months of experience working in retail or another fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights and weekends.
