Job summary

Comcast Advertising seeks an energetic in-store associate to drive sales and deliver outstanding customer service. You will demonstrate products, answer questions, and help customers manage their accounts in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will meet or exceed sales targets, stay knowledgeable about Comcast/Xfinity offerings, and act as a brand ambassador while maintaining a welcoming store atmosphere and accurate product knowledge.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Regular, punctual attendance and ability to lift 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers with enthusiasm and explain product features.
• Provide outstanding customer service in all interactions.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and follow up for service excellence.
• Help customers interpret statements and pay bills in-store.
• Answer questions on services and update account data as needed.
