Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to work a full-time, variable retail schedule including days/evenings/weekends/holidays.
• Regular attendance and punctuality required.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand/move in store.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers with enthusiasm and explain product features to enhance their shopping experience.
• Provide outstanding customer service and meet or exceed sales targets.
• Assist customers with account statements, bill payments, and service changes in-store.
• Answer questions about current or new services and promote Comcast/Xfinity products.
