Job summary

Comcast in Florida is seeking a Store Service Associate to support the store team and deliver a best-in-class customer experience. You will help maintain inventory, assist customers with device demos, and guide them to the right sales consultant.

This role requires reliability, ability to stand/walk, and willingness to work nights/weekends. Base pay starts at $15.00 per hour, with eligibility for bonuses and commissions as part of Total Rewards.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of related experience.
• High school level education as baseline.
• Ability to learn company products and services quickly.

Responsibilities

• Provide strong support to customers and store team to deliver a best-in-class experience.
• Maintain inventory, organize back-of-house areas, and assist with merchandising.
• Greet customers and connect them to sales consultants as needed.
• Handle non-sales customer service tasks such as returns and in-store pick-ups.
• Serve as in-store expert for Xfinity Mobile and post-sale support.
• Assist with onboarding customer accounts and data transfers when required.
• Conduct weekly cycle counts and help improve count processes.
• Maintain professionalism, integrity, and adaptability to store priorities.
