Job summary

Comcast is seeking a customer-focused retail associate in a fast-paced environment in Miami, FL. You will engage customers, explain product features, and deliver outstanding service while driving sales and account management.

You will promote Comcast/Xfinity offerings, stay knowledgeable about our tech, and maintain store standards. This role requires flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed, with regular attendance and the ability to lift up to 25 pounds.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Adjusting to a flexible work schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays as necessary.
• Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance.
• Ability to carry and/or lift 25-pound boxes and move around the store.

Responsibilities

• Engaging customers with enthusiasm, demonstrating and explaining product features to enhance their shopping experience.
• Providing outstanding customer service with all customer interactions.
• Meeting or exceeding sales targets and enhancing customer satisfaction through follow-up and service excellence.
• Helping customers interpret and clarify their account statements and pay their bills in the store.
• Answering questions on current or new services, updating account data, upgrading levels of service, and processing general service requests.
• Acting as brand ambassador to promote Comcast/Xfinity products.
• Providing expert-level understanding and passion around technology and Comcast products.
• Maintaining detailed sales product knowledge, including competitive information.
• Contributing to a fun and competitive environment, connecting products to customers’ lifestyles.
• Adhering to retail policies and maintaining a professional store environment.
