Job summary

Best Buy is looking for a Retail Sales Associate to be the face of our stores, helping customers choose the right tech products and services. You’ll train with the knowledge to confidently recommend solutions, perform product demos, and engage customers across departments.

You’ll also handle cashier duties, keep the floor stocked, participate in ongoing training, and assist with in-store and curbside pickups.

Qualifications

• 3 months of experience working in retail or another fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage with customers in a warm, friendly manner.
• Perform product demos, answer questions and make recommendations that meet customers’ needs across all departments.
• Complete cashier duties for purchases, returns and exchanges.
• Maintain appropriate knowledge and expertise through ongoing learning and development.
• Help keep the sales floor clean and well stocked.
• Assist with in-store pickup and curbside pickup orders.
