Job summary

Best Buy is hiring a Retail Sales Associate to be the face of the store, helping customers find the right tech products and services. You’ll learn how to confidently recommend solutions based on each person’s needs, working across departments and maintaining a welcoming store environment.

In this role you’ll engage customers, perform product demonstrations, handle cashier duties, and keep the sales floor well stocked. Flexibility to work holidays, nights and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• 3 months of experience working in retail or another fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage with customers in a warm, friendly manner.
• Perform product demos, answer questions and make recommendations that meet customers’ needs across all departments.
• Complete cashier duties for purchases, returns and exchanges.
• Maintain appropriate knowledge and expertise through ongoing learning and development.
• Help keep the sales floor clean and well stocked.
• Assist with in-store pickup and curbside pickup orders.
