Intuit, Inc. seeks a TurboTax Retail Expert to work on-site at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location in the United States.

You will serve as a trusted advisor, delivering full-service tax preparation, tax advice, and software support while building a local client base and community trust. The role emphasizes in-person service, helping clients with complex tax situations, and growing the local TurboTax presence through outreach and marketing support.

Competenze

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• Must have or be able to obtain PTIN to file taxes.
• Must possess or be able to obtain related state licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax prep software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Must be willing to work onsite at a TurboTax retail or flagship location, 20+ hours per week, including weekends.
• Willing to wear a TurboTax uniform and work in a front-facing retail environment.
