Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA/CPA or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• Must have or be able to obtain PTIN to file taxes.
• Willing to work onsite at a TurboTax location, Sunday through Saturday, for a minimum 20 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador, engaging prospects and growing the local client base.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience through professionalism and genuine care.
