Job summary

Intuit is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our dynamic team as TurboTax Retail Experts in a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location across the United States. You will be an in-person tax advisor offering preparation services, tax advice, and software support, while growing your local client base.

As a front‑line TurboTax Expert, you will engage with customers, build relationships, and represent Intuit in the community.

Qualifications

• Active EA, CPA, or attorney license with tax preparation experience preferred.
• Must have PTIN to file taxes.
• Familiarity with Circular 230 and tax law concepts.
• Able to work onsite at a TurboTax location in the US, including weekends.
• Must reside within the United States and wear a TurboTax uniform.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador, representing TurboTax locally and nurturing leads.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax preparation services for TurboTax customers.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences and build long-term client relationships.
