Intuit is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our dynamic team as dedicated year-round TurboTax Retail Experts in one of our TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. This unique opportunity combines tax expertise, entrepreneurial spirit, and community engagement to help customers navigate their tax needs.

As a TurboTax - Retail Expert, you will serve as a trusted advisor, empowering customers to achieve positive financial outcomes while supporting Intuit’s mission

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• Must have or be able to obtain PTIN to file taxes.
• Must reside inside the United States and be onsite at TurboTax location.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state tax returns per season.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax return preparation for TurboTax customers.
• Facilitate discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions and plan futures.
• Build local client relationships and grow TurboTax client base in the community.
• Deliver accurate tax solutions using government resources and team support.
