Job summary

Intuit seeks dynamic TurboTax Retail Experts to serve customers in-person at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You’ll provide tax preparation, advice, and software support while expanding the customer base and building lasting relationships.

You’ll work on-site, 20+ hours per week, leveraging your tax knowledge and communication skills to simplify complex tax scenarios and help clients achieve better financial outcomes in their communities.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with tax prep experience.
• PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season.
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax retail or flagship location, 20+ hours/week.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador, representing TurboTax locally.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax returns for customers.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience and build long-term relationships.
