Intuit is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location in the United States. You will provide full-service tax preparation, tax advice, and software support to in-person customers with a focus on individual and small business taxes.

You will grow the local client base, attract new clients, and establish lasting relationships while leveraging Turbotax marketing and resources.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license.
• Must have or be able to obtain PTIN to file taxes.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 tax returns.
• Comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax location 20+ hours per week.

Responsabilités

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers.
• Uncover deductions, minimize tax liabilities, maximize refunds, and provide future tax planning advice.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience and build long-term trust with clients.
• Grow TurboTax client base locally with marketing support and community engagement.
