Intuit is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work onsite at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations in the United States. You will provide full-service tax preparation, tax advice, and software support to in-person customers, helping them navigate tax needs while building local relationships.

As a trusted advisor, you’ll grow the client base within your community, collaborate with marketing, and deliver an excellent customer experience.

Qualificações

  • Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 1040s (federal/state).
  • Familiarity with Circular 230.
  • Onsite presence 20+ hours per week.

Responsabilidades

  • Provide hands-on tax preparation and tax advice for TurboTax customers.
  • Assist with simple to complex tax scenarios and tax planning guidance.
  • Grow the local client base and foster long-term relationships.
  • Represent TurboTax in the community and support local marketing efforts.
