Job summary

Intuit Inc. seeks TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location in the United States. You’ll offer full-service tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support, helping clients navigate complex tax situations with personalized language.

You’ll grow the local client base, engage in community outreach, and deliver a best-in-class customer experience while wearing a TurboTax uniform. Position is non-exempt and onsite, with minimum 20 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• Must have PTIN to file taxes as required by law.
• Onsite at a TurboTax location in the United States, Sunday through Saturday, at least 20 hours per week.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid tax returns preparation using professional software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willing to wear a TurboTax uniform.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador representing TurboTax locally.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for customers.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience and build long-term relationships.
• Engage in local marketing and help expand TurboTax client base.
