Job summary

Intuit is seeking year-round TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide in-person tax preparation and advice, helping customers navigate tax seasons with personalized service.

As a trusted local ambassador, you will grow the client base, deliver a best-in-class experience, and collaborate with TurboTax marketing support. This non-exempt, part-time role requires at least 20 hours weekly and a commitment to

Qualifications

Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
PTIN required to file taxes.
State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds may be required.
Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 returns per tax season.
Familiarity with Circular 230.
Willingness to work onsite in a TurboTax location, 20 hours/week.
Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond tax filing.
Willing to wear a TurboTax uniform.
Front-facing retail environment experience.
