Job summary

Intuit Inc. is seeking energetic individuals to join our TurboTax Retail team as Retail Experts at on-site locations across the United States.

You’ll provide in-person tax preparation, advice, and software support, helping customers navigate complex returns and maximize refunds while building lasting relationships. You will work 20+ hours per week in a front-facing retail environment, embracing community outreach, local marketing, and customer service excellence with the support of TurboTax

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license required.
• Must be PTIN holder to file taxes.
• Must possess or obtain related State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season.

Responsibilities

• Provide tax preparation and advice for TurboTax customers.
• Conduct discovery sessions to maximize deductions and refunds.
• Assist clients with tax planning and complex tax scenarios.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and build long-term client relationships.
