Job summary

Intuit, Inc. seeks TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide hands-on tax preparation, tax advice, and software support to in-person customers, building local relationships and driving client growth.

The role emphasizes community engagement, professional tax qualifications, and the ability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week in a front-facing retail environment. Occasional weekend hours may apply.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license preferred.
• Must have or be able to obtain PTIN as required by law.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state returns per season.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax customers, handling simple to complex situations.
• Conduct discovery sessions and tax reviews to maximize refunds and plan future taxes.
• Deliver outstanding customer experiences in-person at TurboTax Retail/Flagship locations.
