Intuit, Inc. is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work onsite at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States.

You will serve customers with tax expertise, provide full service tax return preparation, and assist with software guidance in a friendly, community-focused setting. The role emphasizes growing the client base locally, establishing long-term relationships, and delivering a best-in-class customer experience in a front-facing retail environment.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state returns per season.

Responsabilités

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax customers.
• Conduct discovery and tax reviews to maximize refunds and plan future taxes.
• Deliver excellent customer service and build local client relationships.
