Intuit Inc. is seeking highly motivated TurboTax Retail Experts to join our on-site teams at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States.

This role combines tax expertise, entrepreneurship, and community engagement to help customers navigate their tax needs. As a Retail Expert, you will provide hands-on tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support in person, while growing the local client base and building lasting relationships.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license is required.
• PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Must possess or obtain state licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers.
• Assist in discovery sessions and tax reviews to maximize deductions and refunds.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience and build long-term client relationships.
