Job summary

Intuit Inc. is seeking motivated individuals to join our team as TurboTax Retail Experts in on-site TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States.

You will provide tax expertise, prepare returns, and help customers navigate tax needs while engaging with the local community. This role emphasizes in-person service, client relationships, and leveraging marketing support to build a thriving local practice.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted professional licenses (EA/CPA/Attorney).
• Must have or obtain PTIN to file taxes.
• Must be comfortable working onsite in a TurboTax retail/flagship location.
• Ability to work 20+ hours per week, including weekends.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax preparation for TurboTax customers.
• Perform discovery sessions and tax reviews to maximize deductions and refunds.
• Build long-term client relationships and grow the local client base.
