Job summary

Intuit Inc. seeks energetic individuals to join our TurboTax Retail team as Retail Experts, stationed at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States.

You will provide in-person tax preparation, advice, and software support, becoming a trusted advisor who helps clients navigate complex tax situations with clarity. The role emphasizes local outreach and building lasting relationships in the community.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license is required.
• Must have or be able to obtain PTIN to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per tax season using professional software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Onsite work at TurboTax location, 20+ hours/week.
• Willing to wear a TurboTax uniform and work in a front-facing retail environment.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond filing.

Responsibilities

• Act as a proactive community ambassador representing TurboTax locally.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for diverse tax scenarios.
• Promote customer loyalty and grow the local TurboTax client base.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences through professionalism and clear guidance.
