Job summary

Intuit is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our dynamic team as TurboTax Retail Experts at one of our TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. This on-site role combines tax expertise, entrepreneurship, and community engagement to help customers navigate their tax needs.

As a TurboTax Retail Expert, you’ll provide full-service tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support, building long-term relationships while driving community growth.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience and knowledge of tax law preferred.
• Active PTIN as required by law to file taxes.
• Must possess or obtain related State licenses/certificates/permits/bonds
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 tax returns per season using professional tax software.
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax retail or flagship location, Sunday through Saturday, for a minimum of 20 hours per week.
• Bi-lingual communication skills (English/Spanish) are a plus
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing
• Willing to wear a TurboTax uniform
• Willing to work in a front-facing retail environment

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Facilitate discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions, minimize liabilities, maximize refunds, and provide future tax planning advice.
• Utilize resources and team expertise to deliver accurate tax solutions in simple everyday language.
