Job summary

Intuit Inc. is seeking energetic TurboTax Retail Experts to work onsite at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will perform in-person tax return preparation, provide tax advice, and help clients maximize refunds while growing a local client base.

The role emphasizes community engagement, relationship building, and delivering a best-in-class customer experience. Expect a flexible schedule, uniform, and opportunities to leverage Intuit’s marketing resources.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA/CPA/license preferred.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 1040 tax returns.
• Must have or be able to obtain PTIN to file taxes.
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax location, 20+ hours/week.
• Willing to wear a TurboTax uniform.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-person tax return preparation and tax advice.
• Grow TurboTax client base and build local relationships.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and explain tax concepts clearly.
• Utilize TurboTax tools and local marketing support to drive client growth.
